Upgraded $4M villa in Arabian Ranches, Dubai

I viewed a beautifully upgraded home in Arabian Ranches, Mirador 📹0:04, coming on to the market at AED 14M (USD 4M) by Allsopp, not listed pubicly yet but soon.

We are not interested in buying it, just to learn from it 🙂

Personal thoughts

In the kitchen, they use Gaggenau 📹1:48 (not Miele) appliances. Some say Gaggenau is higher-end than Miele. We use only Miele in our two Meadows villas, maybe we should start using Gaggenau in future villas!

For the pool, they have the water at the exact same height as the tiles 📹0:37. It looks surprisingly good when it is at the same level 📹2:14.
