The terms for using Vi.ki.

Using the site

You may read and share Vi.ki freely under the license. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, attempt to gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours, or submit content you do not have the right to license.

Contributions

Every edit and every photo you submit is a contribution under CC BY-SA 4.0, and by submitting it you confirm that you have the right to grant that license. Contributions are reviewed; admins may reject or remove any of them, and there is no right to have one published.

Accounts

Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing or abusive material will be closed.

Paid plans

Reading and editing are free. Starter, Premium and Max are subscriptions that let you start vikis of your own; what each includes and costs is on the pricing page. A plan is billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, in advance, and renews until you cancel it. Payments are taken by Stripe through Heart Photos, which runs billing for Vi.ki; Vi.ki never sees your card.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the pricing page or Studio. A bigger plan starts at once, and you pay its price less what is left of the old one; a smaller plan, or a cancellation, takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Premium's free days are offered once per person; if no card is added by their end, the plan simply ends and nothing is charged.

A viki you start is yours to run: you approve or decline what other people send, and you choose who helps you. It is still part of Vi.ki: these terms apply to everything on it, its text is published under CC BY-SA 4.0, and Vi.ki's admins may hide or remove anything on it that breaks them. When your plan ends, your vikis stay online at their addresses but are unlisted (off the front page and out of search engines), and their edits wait for Vi.ki's admins until you have a plan again. The same goes for the vikis beyond what a smaller plan covers: you choose which of your vikis it keeps, and you can change that choice at any time.
